Thomas Fairchild Community School – Hoxton, London, UK

Thomas Fairchild Community School is a school of about 300 pupils aged between 3 and 11.  Following an intense fire in 2009, it now occupies very modern buildings on a new site just north of the City of London and east of Islington.

Hoxton is considered, with Shoreditch to be part of the core of the ‘East End’ of London, which traditionally provided much of the unskilled labour for the city as a whole.

The school’s own website can be found here.
